ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

    • Representing the company through membership in statutory bodies or through a granted power of attorney in the course of day-to-day business operations.
    • Administration and management of the company´s official data mailbox.
    • Provision of the company's registered office and coordination of incoming mail handling and distribution.
    • Preparation of minutes of meetings of statutory bodies and organization of such meetings.
    • Ensuring that all publicly disclosed corporate information remains accurate and up to date (including, but not limited to, the Trade Licensing Register, Commercial Register, Register of Beneficial Owners, and other relevant registers).
    • Preparation and submission of statistical reports and other required regulatory filings and reports.
